 Kingsley Kofi Quainoo is a dynamic entrepreneur and visionary business leader with a strong background in commerce, governance, and enterprise development. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) and has built a reputation for resilience and innovation in Ghana’s retail and e-commerce space.

Born into a family of traders and raised in the bustling markets of Adum(Kumasi) and Okaishie(Accra), Kofi developed a deep understanding of Ghana’s informal and formal business dynamics early in life. In 2021, he revitalized a defunct family business into what is today known as Patmos Varieties, a thriving brand that sells home and office appliances, furniture, stationery, and general goods both in-store and online, with flexible hire purchase and crowdfunding options for customers.

Under his leadership, Patmos Varieties has expanded into multiple outlets, built an online shopping platform, and introduced innovative customer-centered initiatives such as the “Letting your dream appliances come through” campaign.

Beyond business, Kofi is passionate about national economic transformation and advocates for policies that protect brick-and-mortar retailers and create fair competition in e-commerce. He has served as an executive member of the Importers, Wholesalers, and Shop Owners Association, and is currently the President of the St. Augustine’s Past Students Union – 2008 Year Group.

Kofi combines strong leadership with integrity, strategic thinking, and faith-based values that shape his approach to business and service. His journey reflects a commitment to building sustainable enterprises that empower others and contribute meaningfully to Ghana’s economic growth.
